Job Description & Offer

Are you social, enjoy talking to people, and have experience in sales or appointment booking? Perfect – we are now looking for two experienced appointment setters part-time who want to help build MobiOne's new sales culture from the ground up.

This is the job for you if you have energy, enjoy a fast pace, and want to work towards clear goals. You will work alongside our experienced salespeople and learn how real B2B sales are conducted from the first contact to a booked meeting.

As an appointment setter at MobiOne, your task will be to call companies, present our smart IT solutions, and schedule meetings for our Key Account Managers. You are the one who initiates the sales process – the crucial start of new customer relationships.

You will:

  • Call companies and schedule meetings for our salespeople
  • Actively work with leads, follow-ups, and customer contact
  • Be part of a new, energetic sales team
  • Help shape MobiOne's new sales culture

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is early in their career but has the right attitude. You are driven, enjoy talking on the phone, and are motivated by achieving goals. Do you have previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service? Great, then you have an advantage!

We believe that you:

  • Have previously worked with appointment setting, sales, or customer contact
  • Are social, curious, and enjoy a fast pace
  • Thrive when working towards goals and seeing results
  • Speak and write fluent Swedish

The most important thing is not how much experience you have – but that you have the right energy and desire to succeed.

Start: Immediately, by agreement
Scope: Part-time approx. 12 hours a week
Working hours: Office hours, flexible morning/afternoon
Location: Bromma, Stockholm
